United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County is proud to announce the 7th Annual Write Start Project school supply drive to support area teachers in our community.

The United Way Write Start Project is a back-to-school initiative targeting those who make a difference in the lives of our children, the individuals who spend their days ensuring that our students succeed in the school...teachers.

The Write Start Project is aligned with United Way’s work to support Successful Students.

Registration opens on Monday, July 1, 2024.

DROP-OFF SUPPLIES

United Way is now accepting donations of school supplies for teachers and their students. Donate as an individual or host a supply drive with friends and family, at your workplace or another community space.

Items needed:  #2 pencils, composition notebooks, crayons, disinfecting wipes, dry erase markers, glue sticks, hand sanitizer, highlighters, notebook paper, pens, permanent markers, spiral notebooks, sticky notes, zipper storage bags
