As a co-leader or troop helper with Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas, you’ll introduce girls to new experiences and help them unleash their inner G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader) to take the lead and change the world. You will be their cheerleader, guide and mentor, helping them develop crucial skills and confidence to launch them into a lifetime of leadership. Imagine the excitement, the memories made and the impact – this is what you’ll share as a Girl Scout volunteer.
Our co-leaders have access to a digital assistant – the Volunteer Toolkit – and other great tools and resources to help guide girls through planning fun activities, giving back to the community and other leadership experiences. Girls are waiting to be a part of Girl Scouts and adult volunteers are needed to help lead troops and help ensure a safe and valuable experience.
