Emerging Leaders will offer a helping hand by participating in various service projects Haven for Hope. We need 8 current ELCUWSA members to serve as Event Team Leads.
Leads will sign-in volunteers, hand out t-shirts as ordered, help with name tags, help with volunteer assignments, etc.
During the event, Leads will promote the event on social media #ELCUWSA; take pictures/video of volunteers (NOT GUESTS OR RESIDENTS), ask volunteers to share their own pictures and experience via social media; get quotes from volunteers and clients to use in event recap.
At the end of the event, Leads will close out the event by thanking each and every volunteer/partner nonprofit staff and help with cleanup and breakdown off event.
Due to the nature of this service project, volunteers must be 21 years or older. Additional information will be emailed the week before this event.
