Emerging Leaders will offer a helping hand by participating in a beautification project on the Transformational Campus of Haven for Hope.
The Transformational Campus (TC) is a place where an individual or family experiencing homelessness can go to receive housing, education, counseling, and support in order to help transform his or her life by addressing the root causes of homelessness. The goal is to help individuals gain and keep permanent housing.
This may be messy but meaningful work so please dress appropriately (old tennis shoes, jeans, etc.). We do encourage that you wear your blue #ELCUWSA t-shirt and will provide an extra if needed.
Due to the nature of this service project, volunteers must be 15 years or older. Additional information will be emailed the week before this event.
