Volunteers will be supporting:
FOOD
- Support the kitchen area by assisting with basic food prep, organizing supplies, and helping ensure food service runs smoothly.
VENDORS
-Assist event vendors by helping them get settled, answering questions, and supporting their setup needs as needed
Parking – Free parking is available at the Rosedale Park parking lot. Parking is first-come, first-served. There are no reserved parking spots for volunteers.
Volunteer expectations - This is a family-friendly event; we ask that all guests and volunteers respect the smoke-free and alcohol-free environment.
Spanish-speaking shifts – If you have registered for a shift that requires Spanish speakers, please ensure you mark that on your registration information
*Volunteers under the age of 18 are welcome but must be 15 years or older and accompanied by an adult.*
