Love decorating and bringing events to life? We'd love your help setting the stage for A Toast to Our Legacy, a special celebration honoring our CEO and supporting our fundraising efforts!
We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with event set and decorating on March 13th, ahead of the celebration taking place on March 14th. This hands-on opportunity plays a key role in creating a beautiful, welcoming event and directly supports the success of our mission.
What You'll Do:
- Decorate tables and arrange table settings
- Set up posters, signage and easels
- Prepare sign in tables, wine pull, and other major areas
- Assist with all other decorating
Who Can Volunteer:
- Families are welcome!
- Volunteers ages 12-17 may participate with an accompanying adult
- Volunteers 18+ may volunteer independently
- Must be able to lift light to moderately heavy objects
