VOLUNTEERS – 8 years and older can volunteer in the Dining Room on the day of the event. You may dress casually and comfortably, and please leave valuables at home. Volunteers will serve meals to our senior citizen guests, help with plating, register incoming volunteers and assist with clean-up at the end of the day in addition to other miscellaneous tasks.
Parking DOWNTOWN - We are sorry there is no provision for parking for volunteers.
Entrance to Convention Center:
- Thursday, Thanksgiving Day: All volunteers enter through the main entrance of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center at 900 E. Market – follow the signage for directions.
