We're searching for volunteers. There are many areas that are available for those dedicated Volunteers. Whether just "Being There", as someone to talk too or providing your expertise to this very specialized and caring area of your community, you can HELP!
DIRECT PATIENT CARE
- Provide direct emotional support to patients and families
- Run Errands as needed
- Accompany patient/family to appointments
- Stay with Patient while family has time away (Respite)
ADMINITRATIVE SUPPORT VOLUNTEERS WILL
- Provide indirect support to the patient and their family
- Perform clerical duties in the hospice office
- Assist with recruitment functions
- Special Projects
- Assist with the Bereavement Program by mailouts
