Join us for our free Back To School STEM Festival, where kids up to 18 years old can engage with interactive STEM tables, connect with valuable community resources, receive free back to school supplies, immunizations by Metro Health, and enjoy DJ entertainment, face painting, and balloons.
The vendors will provide hands-on activities, demonstrations, or services that inspire and empower students. The event will take place on August 9, 2025 from 11am to 3pm CST at in the Mays Gym at the Boys & Girls Club at 123 Ralph St, San Antonio, TX 78204.
We need volunteers to help make this a success. We need assistance in the following areas:
Event Setup (tables, photo booths, etc)
Registration table
STEM activity stations
STEM demos
Manage the photo booth
Raffles
Event Break down
