Volunteers will support the registration table and process by registering people in the event and handing out swag bags.

Volunteers for this shift will help decorate the event.

Assist with setting up the event decoration area and stage, including placing signage at booths, decorating tables, and hanging items.

Volunteers will help set up the event. 

Help with event setup by arranging tables and chairs, placing vendor materials, and installing event signage. Must be able to lift at least 10 lbs.

- Breakdown of booths and vendor stations

- Trash and recycling pick up

- Decoration breakdown

- Gather all event supplies, load them into the UWSA U-Haul, and assist with unloading and returning items to the office storage room

- Support the kitchen area by assisting with basic food prep, organizing supplies, and helping ensure food service runs smoothly.

VENDORS

-Assist event vendors by helping them get settled, answering questions, and supporting their setup needs as needed
