Volunteer: Senior Citizens Program
Sign in and out during volunteer shifts.
Assist with setting up for daily activities such as setting up tables, putting out snacks/beverages, preparing Bingo cards, arranging chairs, etc.
Assist with program activities (arts & crafts, exercise class, Bingo, Friday Fun Walk, board games, workshops & classes, etc.)
Assist with Project HOPE/CSFP distribution.
Assist with cleaning up after program activities.
Other duties as assigned the Social Services Coordinator and agreed upon by the volunteer.

Advocates assist by providing information and assistance about available programs, applications for programs and help resolve claims with Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and/or pensions. Advocates also assist in the areas of benefits and entitlements and assist seniors to understand and access public/private benefits. Join the group of advocates who will assist by giving services and information on the telephone, in person or at locations in the community.
