VOLUNTEERS 14 and older are needed to help decorate the banquet halls in preparation for the Thanksgiving Day event. Children 8 years and older can volunteer the day of the event. For safety purposes, please refrain from wearing flip flops, opened toed shoes or high heels. Only small crossbody bags will be allowed as we cannot accommodate storage or be held responsible for any loss. You may dress casually and comfortably, and please leave valuables at home.
Parking - We are sorry to say there is no provision for parking for volunteers.
Entrance to Convention Center:
Sunday Decorating Volunteers – All volunteers enter through the main entrance of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center at 900 E. Market – follow the signage for directions.
