Join Project MEND as a Warehouse Volunteer and help bring life-changing medical equipment to individuals and families in our community. As a volunteer, you'll help clean, sanitize, and prepare donated durable medical equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, and home hospital beds, so they're ready for their next home.

What You'll Do: 

Clean and disinfect donated medical equipmentSort, organize, and help manage inventorySupport a safe, efficient and welcoming warehouse environmentWork alongside a mission driven team that truly values your help

Who Can Volunteer?

Volunteers 18+ are welcome to participate independentlyVolunteers 16-17 may participate when accompanied by an adult Ability to lift light-to-moderate equipment (some accommodations available)Comfortable getting hands on in a warehouse settingPositive attitude and a heart for helping others 

What to Expect: Interview and Beyond

Short Interview: A quick, friendly conversation to learn more about you, your interests, and how you'd like to helpTraining: During your first day we'll cover safety, equipment handling, and what a typical volunteer shift looks likeOngoing Support: Our team will be there to guide you, answer questions, and make sure you feel welcome and supported
