FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 25 - POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Area Coordinators, Ticket Takers, and Ushers
Requirements for Friday, Parade-Day Volunteers:
1 DAY MANDATORY VOLUNTEER TRAINING. (Days TBD) via Zoom! We will send out the link and information as the date gets closer.
Ushers and Area Coordinators must be able to stand for the parade duration and be able to lift 20 lbs.
Parade Day Shift: 2:00-9:00 PM (check-in/lunch at 2:00 PM, Location TBD) Shift end time varies.
Attire: Holiday-themed attire and comfortable shoes
We provide: A volunteer meal & water on the day of the parade, a River Walk branded light-up Elf Hat and more goodies!
PARKING & MEETING LOCATION TBD
PARADE DAY ITINERARY: An updated Itinerary will be sent out closer to the parade date.
2:00 - 2:15 PM: CHECK-IN (LOCATION TBD) and get meal
2:30 - 3:30 PM: TRAINING & TRANSPORTATION TO ZONES
4:00 PM: EVERYONE IN PLACE/RIVER WALK CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC
5:00 PM: GATES OPEN/START TAKING TICKETS/USHERS TO START SEATING
