We are so excited to have Fiesta Arts Fair take place once again! Over 450 volunteers help make Fiesta Arts Fair one of the best events during Fiesta San Antonio each year. We have the best volunteers and can't thank you all enough! We value your time and hope your volunteer experience with us is both positive and rewarding.
All volunteers receive FREE admission to the fair, a 10% discount on t-shirts, and $2 off medals. Volunteers working three (3) or more shifts receive a parking pass for the weekend, a 20% discount on Fiesta Arts Fair t-shirts, and an invite to the exclusive artist party on Saturday night.
Please list only one person per form. Once your application is submitted, changes can only be made by contacting Jessica Nance directly at volunteer@swschool.org or jnance@swschool.org.
**SSA is committed to the health and safety of our volunteers. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and will continue to communicate proactively with you as new information becomes available. Masks are strongly suggested for volunteers, regardless of vaccination status. Volunteers in the Young Artist Garden will be required to wear facemasks.**
NOTE: Volunteers must be AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD, although certain areas require volunteers to be 18 years old. Please review job descriptions in detail when signing up. Children CANNOT accompany volunteers during their scheduled shift(s), unless they are at least 16 and working as a volunteer OR accompanied by a non-volunteer adult with paid admission.
