Visit San Antonio - River Walk Operations

The San Antonio River Walk is the heart of the city. As the #1 attraction in Texas, the River Walk is full of dining, shopping, and cultural experiences. Throughout the year the River Walk Events Team works tirelessly to bring fun and meaningful events to the River Walk for the enjoyment of locals and visitors.

Our department puts together over two dozen events, on and along the River Walk, throughout the year. Some of our events are The Ford Holiday River Parade, Mardi Gras Festival, Drift & Dine, Luminarias, etc. Each of these events have their individual volunteer needs and tasks vary by event.

Volunteer tasks range from inventory, ushering, check-in, supply distribution, luminaria set up, etc.
